Can I book month-to-month?

Yes! However, our units usually get booked months in advance. A lot of our guests choose to book 60 days in advance and extend their booking every 30 days. That's what has been working well for most of our guests. In order to guarantee your spot, we would highly recommend you to book the entire stay.

When you choose to extend your booking, please notify us so we can initiate the process for you.

When is the payment due?

The entire amount is due at the time of booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Before check-in: 100% refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

After check-in: 30 days following the cancellation date is not refundable. 100% refund for the days remaining.

Is the unit fully furnished?

Yes, we use top designers to furnish our units to suit our guests needs. Please free to visit the listing page to check out all the amenities and pictures of our unit.

Is it a full kitchen?

Yes, we also have a fully equipped kitchen that includes: silverware, dishware, cookware, dish soap, sponge, paper towel, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, kitchen sink, cabinetry, and more. Please free to visit the listing page to check out all the amenities and pictures of our unit.

Am I responsible for the utilities?

All bills paid. We cover the electric, water, internet, and so on.

Any deposit?

Deposit may vary depending on the unit and length of stay. You can find out this information at the checkout section under "Damage Protection Policy."

Parking:

We provide 2 parking permits for free. You will find the parking permits inside the unit at your check-in.

Laundry:

Similar to a lot of apartment complexes in Arlington, we have a commonly shared laundry room that includes card operated washers & dryers, very close to your unit. You will find your laundry card inside the unit at your check-in.

Are pets allowed?

Depends on the unit. Please visit our website and check out amenities to see the most updated pet policy.

If the unit you're interested in allows pets:

It is only $100 per pet, per month, for extended stays (30+ night bookings). For short term rentals (less than 30 night stays), it is $20 per night, per pet. This is a non-refundable fee and it will be charged separately. Pets are not allowed on the bed or the couch.

How do I access the unit after the booking?

Once you completed your booking, you will start receiving emails with step by step instructions for a smooth check-in. In addition, you will received a separate email with a unique access code, 2 days before your check-in date. Make sure to check out your email after you completed your booking.
